Optics ready plates for Walther

Walther's PDP, PPQ Q4, and PPQ Q5 OR variants feature factory slide cuts for standard plates. The PDP is Walther's current competition platform; the PPQ Q4 and Q5 are the competition-grade variants of the Q-series. All accept plates in a range of common red dot footprints.

A slide-mounted red dot lets you aim with both eyes open and pick up the aiming point faster than iron sights, then hold it through recoil — which is why most competitors move to one. The plate is the part that makes it work: it bridges the Walther's mounting interface to the footprint of your chosen optic and keeps it sitting low and rigid over the bore.

Fit depends on two things matching at once: the Walther's slide cut or rail and your red dot's footprint. Some plates also build in a rear sight so you keep a co-witness iron without raising the optic. Confirm both the cut and the footprint on the individual product page before ordering.
